In this Ad I am advertising for a grocery store, I emphasized the element of color as I used many contrasting colors to really draw the eye to this Ad. I also focused on putting a variety of foods like fruit and vegetables also ice-cream and snacks to appeal any audience that was looking at this ad. I also used proportion to my advantage having the bag take up the majority of the page also adding other features to the rest of the page. Overall I focused on grabbing the attention of the people then keeping them on it with food that many people like.
The purpose of this Ad was to draw the audience in with the contrasting colors I put in this Ad. The other purpose of this Ad was to put in likable food so that anybody that saw this Ad would relate or like the food they were looking at. |
In this project we were asked to make three flyers that would appeal an audience.
Are input factors were the paper with the instructions and what needed to be on the flyer or the style it needed to be. We needed to be able to use principles and elements to make our flyer appealing.
We had to get our own pictures from Google images and choose a template for the first flyer.
For flyer one, we used a starting template and changed the design to make a flyer. The second template we had to start from scratch and put or flyer in landscape, with that we had to make a whole new design for the flyer. For the third flyer we used one of our existing ideas and made it all black and white and we also had to change the format and design it was in.
I created three single page flyers. My first one was a dog sitting with a blue back round that featured details about the company and the places it was. My second flyer was for carwashes were I used landscape. My third flyer was the same idea as the first but I switched around the design and made it black and white with two dog pictures.
In this project I asked the people around me with the size color and shape of the flyer. I went back and forth with a lot of my ideas and I made a product I was happy with.
I learned about the principles and elements of design. I also learned how to use publisher and refine the pictures I used for my flyers.
If I was to do this again I would like to add drawings to add my own flair as I sometimes struggled to find the right pictures, or maybe add a better back round to make everything else pop on the page.
